Terms of Service

uncaptcha.dev provides a CAPTCHA-solving API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration that enables automated resolution of CAPTCHA challenges including reCAPTCHA v2/v3, Cloudflare Turnstile, FunCaptcha, GeeTest, and image-based CAPTCHAs. The service is delivered via REST API and MCP tooling for use in authorized automation workflows.

You may use uncaptcha.dev for: • Automated testing of your own web services and applications • Accessibility automation for services you own or have explicit permission to automate • CI/CD pipeline testing where CAPTCHA challenges occur • Building legitimate bots and agents for services that permit automation • Research and development on systems you control • Integration testing and QA workflows You must ensure you have appropriate authorization before automating any third-party service.

The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination: • Unauthorized access to systems you do not own or have explicit permission to access • Credential stuffing, account takeover attacks, or fraudulent account creation • Scraping, data harvesting, or automated abuse of third-party services in violation of their terms • Facilitating spam, phishing, or any form of online fraud • DDOS amplification or any activity that degrades service availability • Circumventing security measures for illegal purposes • Reselling API access without prior written authorization • Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law We reserve the right to suspend accounts without notice for violations of this section.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Never share API keys publicly. • All activity conducted through your account and API keys • Ensuring all users of your API keys comply with these Terms • Promptly notifying us at uncaptcha.dev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account • Providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date API keys must be rotated immediately upon suspected compromise. We are not liable for damages resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Billing is per successful solve only. Failed solves are never charged. • Free tier: 100 solves included at no charge, no credit card required • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via PayPal • Overage solves are billed at the per-solve rate for your plan, charged at end of billing period • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits on new subscriptions • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via email • Chargebacks without prior contact will result in account suspension Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim • We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties in response to your use of the service Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. • You may close your account at any time from the dashboard settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice • Upon termination, your API keys will be revoked immediately • Unused prepaid credits will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if we terminate without cause • Sections on Prohibited Uses, Liability, and Governing Law survive termination Accounts inactive for 12+ months may be purged in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may terminate your account before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
